This 30 minute Flow class with Chelsea includes fluid movement that will leave you feeling stretched and renewed. Reconnect with your breath, and your body, in this all-levels dynamic practice.
Barre with CrystalStrengthen + Sweat with Crystal in this 30 minute Barre work out!
Barre is a blend of pilates, ballet and yoga, focusing on enhancing strength, posture, balance and toning the full body. This dynamic class includes full body movements, barre work, stretches and core exercises. Most exercises will focus on isometric strength training, holding your body still while contracting a specific set of muscles, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Light handheld weights or ankle weights might also be incorporated to bring the burn during all those reps.

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga linking breath to movement. Considered to be a ‘moving meditation’ this practice is designed to calm the mind while strengthening the muscles and cardiovascular system. This is an invigorating practice meant to increase balance and strength through a series of standing and seated postures.
